Can I try your mattresses in any physical location?
Yes! Our mattress is now available to try in over 7 showrooms across Delhi NCR. Find the showroom nearest you using our Know Us section.
Can I exchange my mattress?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@symphonieslife.com or call us at +91 9311556868 and send your item to 88-3, Sri Aurobindo Marg, Adchini, Adhchini Village, New Delhi, Delhi- 110017.
How long will it take to get my mattress?
We deliver most of our orders within 5-7 business days from the date of order.
Should I flip or rotate my mattress?
Only mattresses that are reversible should be flipped; you can find which one is reversible in the product information section of any mattress.
How do I clean my mattress?
Vacuuming is the only recommended method to clean your mattress. Dust and dander can build up, so we recommend that you use the upholstery attachment on your vacuum every couple of weeks.
