However, we understand that sleep preferences can evolve. That’s why we offer a 6-month Exchange Policy, designed for your peace of mind and to ensure your complete satisfaction.

How the Exchange Works
1. Eligible Timeframe:
You may exchange your mattress within 6 months from the date of purchase, should it fail to meet your expectations.

2. Exchange Fee:
A nominal fee of 30% of the product MRP will apply at the time of exchange. This fee covers the cost of logistics, product handling, and our commitment towards greener planet.

3. Exchanging Your Mattress:
If, after experiencing your initial sleep selection, you feel that another model better suits your needs, simply contact our customer care team to initiate the exchange process. We’ll guide you through every step of the way, ensuring a seamless transition.

4. Condition of the Mattress:
To qualify for exchange, the mattress must be in good condition, free from damage, stains, or signs of misuse. We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and will assess the product for quality before proceeding with the exchange.
